Dear Lifeline Supporter,

Well September has been a wonderful month for Lifeline. God has truly made His face to shine upon us.  We were blessed with having Pastors Daniel and Adamina Guerra visit with us for an entire week. Adamina was able to accompany Janet in her volunteer work with Hospice.  During one of their visits Adamina was asked to pray for the patient.  Not only did she pray, but she also sang some songs for the patient. What a blessing!

God also opened the door for Daniel to speak at the Wednesday night fellowship of First United Methodist Church of Cairo, Georgia. God’s spirit was poured out and I believe Gene Trulock, Janet and myself were the real recipients of His blessing. When the service was over, people just did not seem to want to leave. The wonderful people of Cairo UMC will be sending a mission team to Reynosa either late December or early January. Praise God!

Janet and I hosted a Bar-B-Q for the Guerra’s with an approximate crowd of twenty people. We prayed, sang, and had a wonderful time in the Lord. We also enjoyed the privilege of worshipping with our dear friends at Glad Tidings Assembly of Thomasville. This church is a supporter of Lifeline and has sent several mission teams to Mexico.

My mother Edna and sister Sandra were able to make a trip from Waynesboro, Georgia to meet the Guerras.

We were also visited by Harrell and Lolita Hemingway.  They are missionaries we help support in the Philippines. I am happy to announce that Lifeline, through the Grace of God, was able to make the first donation of money to begin a feeding program on the island of Palawan, Philippines.
