November 2009

Dear Lifeline Supporter,

Fall continues to be a busy time of the year for Lifeline. We have set two mission trip target dates.  On November 30th, Brother Henry Miller will be taking a group to Reynosa, Mexico to preach the gospel and deliver Christmas Blessings (shoeboxes) for the children. We really need some financial support to help with the traveling and accommodations costs. If you would like to be a participant in the cost or actually attend the trip, please contact us immediately.

Gene Trulock has set a January 9, 2010 target date for the “desert project’ in Hercules, Mexico. We have already committed $1750.00 to this project but we need an additional $3000 to complete the construction. This team will be constructing a new Methodist Church and it will be the first time in over five years that we have built a Methodist project. We are extremely excited to have United Methodist Men active again with Lifeline. These men have built over 70 Methodist churches and several Assembly of God churches.

All participants in mission projects raise their own money and also pay their own expenses. Lifeline tries to assist these participants in their money raising efforts. If you are unable to attend one of these trips, you may want to support it financially. So many of the recipients of this letter are supporting Lifeline on a monthly basis. We are asking you to pray about joining them or supporting a specific project.  It is the giver who receives the true blessing of God’s work in these third world countries. I again thank you for all you are already doing and pray that God continues to bless you.   I remain...
