Luke 10:36 Which now of these three, thinketh thou, was neighbor unto him that fell among the thieves
The Good Samaritan (Luke 10:36) is a parable that Jesus used when a lawyer asked him, “who was his neighbor?” I find it to be very interesting that Jesus had just finished with the appointing of “the 70” that He was sending into the mission fields. This particular lawyer had just been informed by Christ TO LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS THY SELF. In the book of Matthew this commandment was likened to the first commandment. Which one of our neighbors needs help is a “no-brainer” to me. This is not a complicated map. We only have two attached neighbors, one to the north and one to the south, and that’s the way I see it.
I continue to remain in His service,
